It depends on how many weeks pregnant you are. Avoid lying down after eating. Split your meals and dont skip any meal If you are taking iron tablets, stop for 4-5 days Paracetamol doesn't help to treat gastritis
Don't give ascoril for common cold. It contains terbutaline, and will increase herat rate. Use only simple cough remedies like benadryl cough formula, which contains only diphenhydramine and ammoniumchloride.

Yes, digene is safe in pregnancy but take one tablet (gel is good) on the other hand you should take sufficient amount of water (3-3.5 ltrs) & avoid spicy & chilly foods .keep your month clean by 2 times teeth brush morning & bedtime & gargling with warm water after each meal. Most importantly take little bit of water before and after meal but take after half an hour.
